Design / Build

On site or in our office, Sapphire Homes will begin the new construction process by meeting with you to discuss your needs and desires. Our team of professionals will determine all the information necessary to begin your design in a question & answer session. A variety of questions such as building or home square footage, number and type of rooms, heating and ventilation, special requirements, fixtures, wall and floor coverings will be covered to insure your custom home concepts are brought to reality. Following the conceptualization of your home, we will coordinate a meeting with our professional design team.

Sapphire Homes partners with professional designers on the Gulf Coast bringing your custom home or commercial building concepts to paper. Engineered plans are created and continually reviewed for accuracy and detail.
